Returns & Refunds

Please note that The Olympic Parka is a pre-order, made to order in a small batch.

Before the run is cut: cancel for a full refund, any time, just email us.

After the run is cut: because your size is cut and made specifically for you, all sales are final —with one exception below.

Damaged or defective: if your parka arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing: approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable except in the case of our error or a defect.

If we're running late: if the estimated ship date has to move, we'll contact you before it passes and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.
